It is unlawful for airport operators and their lessees, tenants, concessionaire and contracts to discriminate against any person because of age, race, color, national origin, sex, creed or disability in public services and employment opportunities. The City’s staff has established a process for travelers to file a complaint under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Sec. 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, Age Discrimination Act of 1975, Airport and Airway Improvement Act of 1982, Americans with Disabilities Act, and related authorities. Any person who believes that they have been discriminated against by the City or either of our airports on the basis of age, race, color, national origin, sex, creed, or disability may file a Civil Rights complaint by completing and submitting the agency’s Title VI Civil Rights Complaint Forms found here.
