The flykci.com Summer 2012 Ticket Giveaway Promotion is open to all flykci.com subscribers. Void where prohibited by law.

 

How it Works

The Kansas City Aviation Department will give away two round-trip tickets from Kansas City International Airport to one of 45 nonstop destinations: Albuquerque (ABQ); Atlanta (ATL); Baltimore (BWI); Boston (BOS); Cabo San Lucas, Mexico (SJD); Charlotte (CLT); Chicago (MDW); Chicago (ORD); Cincinnati (CVG); Cleveland (CLE); Dallas-Ft. Worth (DFW); Dallas-Love (DAL); Denver (DEN); Detroit (DTW); Ft. Lauderdale (FLL); Harrison (HRO); Houston-Hobby (HOU); Houston-Intercontinental (IAH); Indianapolis (IND); Las Vegas (LAS); Los Angeles (LAX); Memphis (MEM); Milwaukee (MKE); Minneapolis (MSP); Nashville (BNA); New Orleans (MSY); New York (JFK); New York (LGA); Newark (EWR); Oakland (OAK); Oklahoma City (OKC); Orlando (MCO); Philadelphia (PHL); Phoenix (PHX); Portland (PDX); Salina (SLN); Salt Lake City (SLC); San Diego (SAN); San Francisco (SFO);  Seattle (SEA); St. Louis (STL); Tampa (TPA); Toronto (YYZ); Washington-Dulles (IAD); Washington-Reagan (DCA) (regular commercial flights only). Contestants must register by signing up online at www.flykci.com. One winner will be selected. Contest period ends at 11:59 p.m. on August 30, 2012.  The winner will be selected randomly on August 31, 2012 from among all eligible entries received. Once notified, the winner will have 30 days to submit possible dates for travel. The departure date must be at least 30 days from the date of trip submittal. The trip must be completed on, or before November 30, 2012.

 

Eligibility

Contest is offered only to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Kansas City Aviation Department, Kansas City International Airport, contest co-sponsors, their parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and their advertising or promotional agencies (collectively, the “Contest Entities”), and the immediate families or members of the same households of such individuals, are not eligible. Proof of age, identity, and eligibility must be furnished upon request. All entry form information must be complete and accurate. Sponsor will not award a prize to anyone not meeting eligibility requirements at the time of entry. Sponsor reserve the right to disqualify any entrant if these contest rules are not followed.

 

Prize

Lauderdale (FLL); Harrison (HRO); Houston-Hobby (HOU); Houston-Intercontinental (IAH); Indianapolis (IND); Las Vegas (LAS); Los Angeles (LAX); Memphis (MEM); Milwaukee (MKE); Minneapolis (MSP); Nashville (BNA); New Orleans (MSY); New York (JFK); New York (LGA); Newark (EWR); Oakland (OAK); Oklahoma City (OKC); Orlando (MCO); Philadelphia (PHL); Phoenix (PHX); Portland (PDX); Salina (SLN); Salt Lake City (SLC); San Diego (SAN); San Francisco (SFO);  Seattle (SEA); St. Louis (STL); Tampa (TPA); Toronto (YYZ); Washington-Dulles (IAD); Washington-Reagan (DCA) (regular commercial flights only).  It is required that the winner follows the guidelines of each airline to use the prize. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by winner. The winner cannot assign or transfer prize. The winner will be selected randomly from among all eligible entries received and notified at the email address originally submitted. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

 

Limitations of Liability

In order to make future contest offers widely available to as many of our subscribers as possible, no individual subscriber is eligible to receive more than one contest prize. The Kansas City Aviation Department and its agencies are not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on its website and collateral material related to this promotion and assumes no liability or responsibility for any reason that the website is unavailable or working incorrectly during the contest period. Due to Internet email blocking services, mechanisms and filters, flykci.com cannot be responsible for deleted or undelivered contest winner notification email that does not reach the intended recipient.

The recipient of the Summer 2012 Ticket Giveaway will be notified by e-mail including complete instructions on how to redeem their prize. The prize recipient must respond to the contest notification email within 72 hours, or otherwise forfeit the prize. Except where prohibited by law, recipient agrees to the publication of their name for online posting, and/or any advertising and publicity without further compensation. For name of contest winner, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to:  Holiday 2011 Free Airline Ticket Giveaway Recipient, c/o Kansas City Aviation Department, P.O. Box 20047, Kansas City, Missouri 64195-0047.

The offer is void where prohibited by law or otherwise restricted. The Summer 2012 Ticket Giveaway may be discontinued by the sponsor at any time. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries. All federal, state and local taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees for contest are the sole responsibility of the participants. By participating in this offer, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of flykci.com that are final.
